Dust and Dreams is an inspiring story of Arman, a young athlete whose determination and heart turn childhood struggles on dusty playgrounds into lifelong triumphs. From moments of doubt to sparks of courage, Arman’s journey shows how resilience and faith can carry us through life’s toughest battles. This uplifting tale proves that even the humblest beginnings can lead to the brightest dreams – a story for every young athlete, and for anyone who has ever dared to dream.

I grew up with dust on my shoes and dreams in my heart. Long before the stadium lights, the national anthems, and the roaring crowds, there was just a boy chasing a ball through the narrow streets, imagining what could be. I know what it’s like to dream big from a small place. I know the weight of doubts, the sting of setbacks, and the quiet strength it takes to keep going when no one is watching.
Dust and Dreams is a work of fiction, but like all stories that matter, it carries truth at its core. Arman, the young hero of this book, is not a real boy – but his heartbeat is real. His fears, his fire, his quiet determination are drawn from kids I’ve known, from echoes of my own childhood, and from the millions of dreamers just like him.
I wrote this book for all of them – for the ones playing barefoot on cracked pavement, for the ones falling and rising again, for every child still chasing the impossible, and for every adult who once did.
If you find yourself in these pages – in the struggle, in the wonder, in the grit – then this story belongs to you.
Keep dreaming. Keep rising. The dust will settle. The dream will remain.
